"A mezuzah is a box affixed to the doorposts of Jewish homes, containing a parchment with prayers from the Torah. It serves as a daily reminder of Jewish identity and faith, as well as protection from evil. Inspired by the mezuzahs in my childhood home, I designed this piece by blending my artistic style with traditional Judaic elements. The organic shape, stones, and stone placement reflect my jewelry design, while the emerald symbolizes hope, renewal, and growth in Judaism. Crafted from sterling silver—a common metal for Judaica—the mezuzah will naturally tarnish over time but can be restored through polishing, a process considered a “Mitzvah” (good deed) for beautifying a commandment."

All items purchased from the Gathered exhibition will ship after the show closes. Many of the pieces are delicate and handmade, so we recommend in-person pick-up at Lyle Gallery whenever possible—that’s the safest option and helps ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition.
If you require shipping, we’ll carefully pack each item and send it out once the exhibition has ended. For international orders, please email us at info@thelyle.gallery for a custom shipping quote based on your location and the object’s size and fragility.
